Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Google LLC (USA): Collects pseudonymous data on page views, session duration, user journeys, and device/browser type. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymization and disabled data sharing with Google Advertising. This configuration may qualify as "privacy-friendly" under Dutch ACM guidelines, but we request consent as best practice. Retention: 26 months.
Microsoft Clarity — Microsoft Corporation (USA): Collects session replay recordings, heatmaps, and click/scroll data to help us analyze usability. Data is pseudonymized. Retention: 30 days.
